8:15pm – Evening Meal (Soup or Meal)

 

Guests are free to do as little or as much of the programme as they would like. Fasting is also available as an option our Wellness Intensives at Cowdray House. 

Between activities you can have one-to-one consultations with our experts, spa treatments, relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
