Cornelius is a founder of Bodhimaya and an experienced meditation, stress management and Eastern philosophy expert. He has studied Eastern approaches to the mind for nearly 20 years and is one of only a handful of people to fully understand the therapeutic application of Eastern Philosophy and meditation.

Cornelius’s approach offers a logical and highly effective approach to the mind which focuses on helping people explore and resolve issues, find clarity, manage stress, increase confidence and develop a wiser and more relaxed approach to life.

Retreats

Retreats at The Lanesborough are one-to-one bespoke wellbeing experience that are designed to bring the mind and body back into a state of balance. You can join us for a day to relax and revive or choose a more intensive two or three night retreat to work on your physical and emotional wellbeing in more depth.

Mind 

During your stay we will work intensively on deep relaxation and reseting your nervous system.

You will have twice daily mind and meditation consultations and deeply restorative massage and spa treatments.

These retreats are ideal for those who suffer with chronic stress, people with demanding lifestyles or those who simply want to relax.

Wellbeing Evaluation 

During your stay our nutrition, fitness and mind experts will assess your physical and emotional wellbeing.

We will also use a bespoke suite of advanced biomarker tests to help us get a deep insight into how your body is functioning. We will then create a wellness programme that is unique to you and designed to rebalance your body through targeted nutritional, dietary, mind, fitness and other therapeutic interventions.
