After a period of deep study and experiential learning, Jessica was torn between staying in India and returning to London to teach. She eventually chose to return home and share what she had learnt with others.
Genuine and authentic, Jessica's teaching style is built on a soild understanding of yoga's transformative potential; she has a firm grasp of the physcial aspects of yoga as well as the more subtle yet powerful mental and emotional aspects of the practice.
